Delivery

At MY.ORGANICS UK, we aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 48 hours of payment being received.

Orders are processed and dispatched during our normal warehouse operating days.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Charges

• Orders under £75: £7.50 delivery charge
• Orders of £75 or more: FREE UK mainland delivery

Dispatch Schedule

Our warehouse dispatches orders on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

We do not dispatch orders on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday.

Orders placed outside our dispatch days will be processed on the next available dispatch day.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, most UK mainland orders are delivered within 1–3 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, adverse weather conditions or periods of exceptionally high demand.

Stock Availability

If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible with an update on your order and advise you of the expected dispatch date or available alternatives.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. MY.ORGANICS UK cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Where possible, please retain the original packaging and provide photographs of the parcel and any damaged items so that we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
