At MY.ORGANICS UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned products must be unused, unopened, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened or used unless they are faulty. If your order arrives damaged or you believe a product is faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and, where possible, provide photographs of the product and its packaging so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Once returned goods have been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider. Unless goods are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to MY.ORGANICS UK, and original delivery charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged during return transit.
